We have new homes coming available frequently. In general, we require income verification of 3 times the rent, excellent rental history and a minimum 600 credit score. If you do not fully meet any of these requirements, you will have the opportunity in our online application to provide explanation for us to consider. HOUSING VOUCHERS ARE ACCEPTED AND WELCOME! For those with a voucher, we can sometimes relax the income and credit score requirements depending on your situation.
